Medical Cards/GP Visit Cards

Your Medical/GP Visit Card entitles you to a range of services from your General Practitioner which are determined by the HSE and the Department of Health, for which the doctor receives payment from the State.

There are, however, a number of additional services provided by many General Practitioners which are not covered by the agreement between the State and General Practitioners. For more details about these services please click the button below…

Please be patient as it often takes some time for records to be forwarded from your former practice. Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Contact us to register in any of our clinics just by clicking the button below…

OUT OF HOURS

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens. In a genuine case of emergency your should call 999 or 112. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
